Our support packages are considered to be second to none. We offer bespoke packages to schools by way of our banking system. All our technicians are fully qualified and trained to support any type of network a school may have, the only thing we DO NOT support is SIMs or related software products. Our schools have found HUGE savings in switching the WHOLE school ICT support over to Agile and just leaving SIMs support to EdICT – our charges are £50 per hour for support. This encompasses the whole school – admin and/or curriculum.

For example if you were to have 2hours a fortnight the cost would be £10 x 20 weeks = £2000 plus a bank of 5 hours £250 – total cost for Admin and Curriculum support for the year = £2250.

There are many connotations – you just let us know what is right for you.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, banked hours are NEVER lost – we will carry these over for you for as long as you need us to and you can use your bank for GEEK or GADGET, we don’t mind how you spend it. You really do just pay for what you get, no extra and nothing lost.
