All our technicians are highly skilled specialists in ICT for education. They are fully qualified and trained to support any type of network. They also work onsite 7 days a week and can be contacted directly. (Weekends by arrangement) They will provide telephone and remote support, to help diagnose and fix problems quickly. All technicians are Enhanced CRB checked. Our technicians have the knowledge and attitude to fix any problem that arises and they are determined not to leave the job unresolved.
